Had them do quite a bit of electrical work in our bathroom—removed the old exhaust fan, installed a new fan, reworked the switch wiring, removed an old vanity light and added new outlets. We did have an issue after the installation that required some additional troubleshooting. I contacted him about it and he was willing to listen, address the issue with his helper, and reimburse me for the trouble. Nobody is perfect and things can happen on a job. What matters to me is how someone handles it when there is a problem, and he stood behind his work and made things right. Good guy, fair to deal with, and I would use him again. 5 stars.

Aaron Hancock has done several jobs for me in the past and when the outside electrical outlet going to my fish pond failed, he was my first call. It was a Saturday morning. He scheduled a time that same day!! Showed up a few minutes early and went to work. He completed the job quickly and his rates were more than fair. He's done an excellent job on all of my projects including replacing lights in the kitchen - adding more lighting in my basement - and installing an outdoor security camera. Definitely recommend him.
